	36,764	were provided with books and other materials by our Circulation experts.
	23,121	were matched with information by Librarians.
	1,444	were taught how to find and evaluate information by Librarians.
	2,559	benefited by our resource sharing  agreements.
	4,145	items were ordered.
	10,953	books were processed
	2,342	other items were processed
